Whether the clinic documents treatment under general anaesthesia or deep / twilight sedation — "sleep dentistry", where the patient is asleep and unaware (does not feel, see, or hear the procedure). Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.

| 2026-10-02 | Google indexing quality changed from poor to unverified: the search check on 2026-10-02 returned no pages for the domain although the site is live. |
| 2026-10-02 | Google indexing quality changed from good to poor after a name-and-city web search on 2026-10-02 (no page of its own site listed). |
| 2026-10-01 | Re-read the clinic's website dreamdental.ge on 2026-10-01: it carries schema.org structured data (Dentist), a separate page for each treatment, and step-by-step treatment explanations with FAQs, so all three are now recorded. |
| 2026-09-30 | Re-read the clinic's website dreamdental.ge on 2026-09-30 for equipment and services. Recorded: its own X-ray room and CBCT (3D) imaging; orthodontics, oral surgery and children's dentistry; sedation and general anaesthesia on request; patients from around 50 countries and a team working in seven languages, English included; a WhatsApp contact; a preliminary remote assessment with an indicative plan and budget. |
| 2026-09-30 | Re-read on 2026-09-30: the clinic's website at dreamdental.ge (its domain dream.com.ge now redirects there), its Google Sites page, its Google listing and its Facebook page (every post of the past 12 months). Recorded: dentists named with their fields; genuine premises photos; an English website version; starting prices for most treatments (hygiene from 80 GEL, fillings from 90 GEL, implants from 900 GEL) and a free first consultation; no crown or X-ray price. The website field now points to dreamdental.ge. |
| 2026-09-29 | Corrected 2026-09-29: review recency within 3 months (newest review dated 2026-09-25). |
| 2026-09-24 | Re-read on 2026-09-24: the clinic's Google listing (newest, lowest and default review sorts) and a TripAdvisor search; the clinic's own website (a Google Sites page) could not be read, as its content did not load for review. Recorded: owner replies to reviews, including a critical one; a recurring theme of pain or complications after treatment across several low-rated reviews (a filling needing adjustment, two crowns that stayed sensitive, a painful cleaning, a case that led to an abscess); no signs of manipulated reviews; not found on TripAdvisor; emergency care listed as a Google Business Profile category, consistent with a same-day-treatment account in a review. Google review count grew from 701 to 707. Still unverified: prices, dentist names, equipment, English version and other website-dependent facts. |
| 2026-08-26 | Deepen 2026-08-26: IMPORTANT - stored website https://dream.com.ge is DEAD (DNS does not resolve); Google Maps' live listing now points to https://sites.google.com/view/dreamtbilisi and phone +995 579 50 10 10 (both updated in fields); rating 4.9->4.7, reviews 260->701; added tooth911.com directory as 2nd external source and re-linked smilejet.app (s2) to onOtherPlatforms; visibility scout 5 queries (2 hits). |
